My Backbone

i went x-ray yesterday due to my serious backache.Its was an experience which i dunno how to describe.The doctor still remember me cause last time i went also because of my bone problem(sure la..cause i consulted an orthopaedic surgeon..XD)Now i need to rest for 2 weeks..need theraphy everyday(for 2 weeks)....haih..but it is getting better since i consult a doctor.I still what the doctor said:"strech before you play,no playing when injured,play when no injured,it is not your duty to stop your badminton,it is my duty to stop your pain."..Great word..

I Become Orang Kurang Upaya(OKU)

Damn!!! i Suffered from a serious backache..this is a very bad news for an active and sports lover like me.Now everything become so inconvenient for me.I cant bend my back to pick up things,wearing and everythings...haih..the saddest thing is i cannot play badminton now..*sob*...now the only thing i can do is lay and sit and act like a handicape person....haih..well wish me recover as sooner as possible....haih

Trip To Pangkor

Already back from Pangkor...so tired but so fun enuff..really.After a four and a half hour journey,we reach Lumut.After having lunch in Lumut,we took ferry or wad should i call it to Pangkor Island.But Pangkor Island is not as i imagined..it doesnt look like a tourist spot,juz a residential island.We stay in Pangkor Village..wad a XXX place.I thought we will stay at a resort..it is a resort but juz a low class resort.We were having buffet as our meal...dun think it is very sumptuous...aih..i also dun wanna mention about the food.Ok..now we go to the beach.OMG!!wad a rough sandy beach..feels like standing on spikes...but we still had a lot of fun swimming in the sea.The sea is very clear(clearer than the sea at Penang Islang).We had a lot of game(izzit a lot?)..hahax..then we went to rent motorcycle.I tell you one thing very important..if you wanna rent motorcycle in Pangkor,dun rent from the bastard that offer RM15 for 24 hours because all the motorcycles really suck and summore he wanna cheat.Pangkor Island has a hilly road..round island by motorcycle is like riding a roller coaster..very exciting but also dangerous...but it is a good place for training your riding skill..Teluk Nipah is nicer than Pangkor Village..the sand is finer and beach is more beautiful..we went snorkelling..my poor friend hurt his leg before snorkelling..so..you know la..snorkelling very fun..can see a lot of fish..they bite my fingers because they thought i am feeding them.Then i took some tidbit to feed them..they enjoy it,but when i use tidbit that is made from Satay Fish,they dun eat it..haha..then we went home..byby Pangkor
